Deal an additional 10x 15.0% ATK of Ice DMG when triggered in Herrscher of Human form. The weapon active's CD and charging time are based on the shooting mode.

When using weapon active, Total DMG increases by 10.0% for 10s. Triggering this effect again resets the duration. When wielded by Herrscher of Human: Ego, shot charge is increased to 3 charges and Total DMG is increased by 10.0% when using weapon skills. Weapon skills restore 4.0 SP upon hitting an enemy that triggered Ego Blossom.
