Clears the Sakura Count on enemy once the count reaches 3 and inflicts a Sakura Brand that lasts for 10s.

Hitting a target provides a 25.0% of unleashing a Sakura Slash dealing 100.0% ATK of Physical DMG in a circular area centered on said target. Enemies with Sakura Brand or Sakura Count will take another 750 Fire DMG from Sakura Slash. Sakura Slash CD: 5s.
Sakuno Rondo equip bonus: Sakura Slash adds 1 Sakura Count on the enemy.
